Using our site, requesting a quote, or placing an order means you accept these terms in full. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use our services and contact us with questions before ordering.
Quotes are based on the quantity, size, material and finishing details you provide and aren't binding until you confirm your order. Pack Prestige has no minimum order requirement, so a quote can cover a single test unit or a full production run and every design is 100% customizable to your specifications.
We provide free design support, free 3D mockups and free dieline templates to help you finalize your packaging before production. You're responsible for reviewing and approving your proof carefully, since production begins once that approval is given.
You must hold the rights to any artwork and logo or content you submit. We don't produce packaging that infringes on someone else's copyright or trademark or that contains unlawful content.
You keep ownership of your own designs and artwork. Everything on packprestige.com, including text, product photography and page layouts, belongs to Pack Prestige and can't be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our permission.
Rush production is available in 6-8 business days once your proof is approved. Standard production timelines are 8-10 business days.
Because every order is custom, pricing isn't published site-wide and is confirmed at the time of your quote, based on material, size, style, printing and quantity. No die or plate charges apply regardless of order size and pricing shown in a quote is valid for [30 days / confirm window] from issue unless stated otherwise.
In an effort to deliver all orders correctly and within time, we strive. Indirect and consequential damages arising out of any order made through Pack Prestige will not hold us liable. Our liability, however, will be strictly limited to the value of that order.
The website and services of Pack Prestige come as is. Apart from the warranties already mentioned above, there will be no other express or implied warranties made on merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Once the orders have been delivered to the carriers, then it will be up to the carriers to ensure proper and timely delivery. Pack Prestige is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the carrier once the shipment leaves our premises.
Pack Prestige isn't responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather and natural disasters as well as power or equipment failures, material shortages, customs delays, labor disputes or shipping carrier disruptions. If one of these events affects your order, we'll let you know and work with you on a revised timeline.
If a disagreement comes up about an order or these terms, contact us first at info@packprestige.com so we can try to resolve it directly. Any dispute that can't be resolved this way will be handled in the courts of [state/jurisdiction], consistent with the governing law stated above.
