You have the opportunity to cancel your order without any charge at any time before you approve the proof of your design. Nothing has been made yet, which means that there is no cost associated with canceling.
After you have approved the proof, your box is then ready for production. At that point any changes to the approved design might not be possible anymore.
Cancellation of an order is not possible if printing has already commenced. Each order is printed and cut according to your art work and desired dimensions, hence the reason why Pack Prestige does not charge for any die or plate because there is nothing made in advance.
