Pack Prestige ships custom packaging orders across the US states. This page explains shipping costs, timelines and what to do if something goes wrong along the way.

Free shipping is available on qualifying US orders.
Every item undergoes production prior to shipment. Rush production is available in 6-8 business days once your proof is approved. Standard production timelines are 8-10 business days.
Once we manufacture your order in our factory, you can expect your delivery to be received after around 8-10 days.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will get a tracking number through email that will enable you to trace your shipment.
Sometimes, things like weather conditions, problems with carriers or incorrect address information can cause the delivery to take longer than the expected delivery time. This is beyond our control; however, should your order be delayed, we encourage you to contact us for help.
You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is delayed, returned or reshipped because of an incorrect address, any additional shipping cost may not be covered by us.
When the delivery of your order is turned over to the shipping company, then it becomes their responsibility to deliver your order safely. In case of loss or damage to your order during transportation, get in touch with us and we shall assist you in filing the claim through the shipping company.
